Brambles.ai Is Live on the Shopify App Store

Brambles.ai is now live on the Shopify App Store. Shopify merchants can install Brambles.ai directly from Shopify and add an AI shopping assistant to their storefront for product discovery, support, visualization, and add-to-cart shopping flows.

Merchants who prefer to start from Brambles.ai can still onboard through Brambles.ai retail plans and connect Shopify afterward. Both paths lead to the same retail dashboard, catalog indexing, widget configuration, and analytics.

What the Shopify app adds

Brambles.ai gives every shopper a conversational assistant that understands the store catalog, answers product questions, and guides customers toward the right product. Instead of forcing shoppers through search bars, filters, and static FAQ pages, the assistant can ask follow-up questions, recommend relevant products, and help customers move from intent to cart.

The app supports AI product discovery, add-to-cart actions from chat, virtual try-on, view in room, customer questions, returns, order inquiries, FAQ and knowledge-source training, proactive engagement, and brand customization.

For teams already using support and marketing tools, Brambles.ai also works with Gorgias, Zendesk, and Klaviyo so the shopping assistant can fit into the workflows merchants already run.

Two ways to onboard

Install from Shopify when you want Shopify OAuth, app installation, catalog sync, and the theme app extension handled through Shopify's normal app flow.

Start on Brambles.ai when you want to choose a retail plan first, onboard through the Brambles dashboard, or connect a non-Shopify catalog before installing the Shopify app.

Either way, merchants get the same Brambles retail experience: catalog indexing, storefront assistant controls, performance analytics, and the option to tune behavior, tone, and branding from the dashboard.
